After spending time doing meditation practice at Karme Choling, we drope up towards Canada. We stopped at a few interesting places along the way: Dog Mountain and Newport, Vermont.

Inside the Dog Chapel

Near St. Johnsbury, Vermont, artist/woodworker Stephen Huneck has built his gallery and the Dog Chapel on Dog Mountain. The Chapel is a place to honor dogs and other beloved pets who have died. The walls are covered with photos and letters about the pets.

This is a small, cute town on Lake Memphremagog in Vermont.
